Secondary Key Stage 3 in Maths and English for pupils aged between 11 and 13 years
The Key Stage 3 syllabus is taught in secondary school between years 7-9. It’s a critical time for giving students a solid foundation of knowledge and confidence going towards their GCSEs. At Tutoristic, we support students with tuition for two of the core subject areas: Maths and English.
Transitioning from Key Stage 2, many Year 7 students find the transition to Key Stage 3 and secondary school intimidating and challenging. We make this transition easier by providing the core foundation of the KS3 curriculum, enabling them to get a concrete understanding of the key subjects.
For Year 9 students gearing up to GCSEs, we make every effort to ensure that student knowledge is sound. It’s imperative that students develop the skills and urgency required to take on GCSE's with confidence, and we can also support them with advice about choosing GCSE options.
